Paid Pro Subscriber but blocked by service traffic limits.
You would think if you pay $40 a year for an app that the app would work. Sadly in this case it doesn’t, if you use any of the AI features 4 or 5 times it will immediately give you a “things are too busy, our AI is handling too much, try again tomorrow” TOMORROW???!? I pay for the app every day what do you mean tomorrow? Why are you charging your customers for an app they can’t use? Makes no sense to me and frustrates me to the point I really never want to use this app again. Get your stuff together Lightricks/VideoLeap

Long form video editing
Everything works pretty well until your video reaches a certain length in time, then everything gets glitchy & Extremely Delayed. Editing a 10-20 minute long video might take you hours

Terrible video editing app, other softwares much better for free learn those instead of this as most features are under pay wall and the interface is trash.
The dreaded ⚠️ symbol
When the app works- great. But far too many times I get the caution symbol when I go back in to edit or export and ALLLL of the work I did is gone, useless. I’ve used this app for years and fluffed it off. After this last issue, I will not be renewing.

Soooo buggy
My fav editing app, but it is a pain to use sometimes when i trim a clip and it plays the restarted original footage instead of my edited one. Also idk if it's generative ai that y'all use, but if it is, pls stop - y'all should know better by now😐🙏

This is such a bad app, it has such a bad range of what you can do and you have to have the watermark on your lame video unless you wanna pay!! You can do the same amount of stuff to your videos with apps like capcut or blurr, save your time and DONT DOWNLOAD

For last 24 hours plus this app is not working and nobody cares the technical team. I have paid annual subscription for what ? I am a content creator. My work is stuck. I need to fix the issue. I can export my project at all. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

You guys have become really greedy. $10 a WEEK for pro? I just tried to renew my membership and saw your new price. I’m sure you’re loosing a lot of customers now. Great app but unaffordable.
No real updates
Not worth the money, barely any updates in like 4 years, the app is the same while every other app has updated , I’ve spent money on this and Photoleap and they’re both unusable, I’ve spent lots but for at least 2-3 years this app has become unusable, they add ‘cut silence’ they make it in a way where u can’t edit it and it cuts off your words, it’s just a horrible app, extend image means they add a static border around your image, and none of their ai features work without crashing. Don’t buy this becuase the company doesn’t care about this app or anyone who uses it. I emailed them and got 0 reply.
