This app literally promises everything and does nothing. I could add moving smoke with a TikTok edit if I really wanted to just because you crop a photo does not mean it’s AI working on it
Trash app in 2026
Been using it for like 7 years. Paid subscription. Open it once a month to edit video, and EVERYTHING IS GONE. Subscription desync from their stupid servers, I can’t save it without watermark. While I’m still on premium (I just checked). Every year I write a one star review thinking they will change. And it just getting worse. Just trash. And the best part? Nobody gf.

Disgusting scammers still charging users for their old subscription but can’t use any of the premium features that were once there. If you see this, cancel your subscription!

To be honest this app sucks and is a waste of money. The templates are super corny and the editor isn’t up to par. Save your money.

Good app, but has subscription issues
I have been using the free version of this app for a few years and decided to make use of the seven-day free trial yesterday. Even though it’s just been a day, I’ve already been sent a receipt for the Videoleap Lite Access plan ($89.99 a year) and it looks like my card was already billed said amount. I hope to fix this issue soon and hear from you.

Don’t waste your money
Paid $9.99 to edit my own video and the tool keeps erroring out. It can’t even upload my images- gets stuck at 98 or 99%. I can’t search key words without an error, the templates are limited and basically I threw away 10 bucks,
Just greedy
Can’t even export 5 or more videos in 1 day (with the watermark mind you)
When you export your video the audio is glitchy and full of glitchy audio clicks
I used to love this app for editing music and stuff but now it’s a pain to edit while using this app now the audio is always glitchy and it doesn’t sync the way you want it to be in the video please fix this it’s so annoying i been dealing with for a whole year

Doesn’t work paid version! Bought a paid version (Lite) and when trying to make and edit of face, the function is just not working! Canceled by 51% and it doesn’t go further! What is the meaning of paid subscription ?? Internet connection is stable, app version is the latest. Fix it !!

All the time crashing and when i record voice over it’s lagging i hate it last year was good this year am so mad for that every day i wanna report but insaid maybe its will be good i really upset 😓last thing ill do ill remove the app and reload it if its same last time I’ll submit

You would think if you pay $40 a year for an app that the app would work. Sadly in this case it doesn’t, if you use any of the AI features 4 or 5 times it will immediately give you a “things are too busy, our AI is handling too much, try again tomorrow” TOMORROW???!? I pay for the app every day what do you mean tomorrow? Why are you charging your customers for an app they can’t use? Makes no sense to me and frustrates me to the point I really never want to use this app again. Get your stuff together Lightricks/VideoLeap

Long form video editing
Everything works pretty well until your video reaches a certain length in time, then everything gets glitchy & Extremely Delayed. Editing a 10-20 minute long video might take you hours
