It’s free and looks great but I tried to create a Live Photo just a moment ago and it took forever and I had to close the app, FYI the app has a set of wallpapers all ready made. 👍

Its a free so yes there are ads on load screen and here and there. But it works. Just remember not to give access to entire photo app and share only video you want to convert and deny notifications from this app.
