Hello, it seems that you are not using our App as indicated in the description. You must first activate the audio switch, otherwise you will never hear the video translation (which is precisely what happened to you). We would appreciate if you review it and try again, then it would be very nice for us if you raised your rating.

🔴 You can’t even find (like madlittlepixel or ETA Prime) most popular influencers (YouTubers) or “News” channels within “search”.
🔴 This app says it can translate Any Video…but that’s “Half-flawlessly” advertised since can’t find what you looking for.
✅ I give this app 2⭐️⭐️ since it does translate a few video (mostly Indian video). I’m live “USA” but study “Japanese”.

Unfortunately, the aforementioned does not fully describe the potential of our application. However, we want to highlight that you can insert the url of your video in the search box to solve your problem. Please note that we only show results for videos that have subtitles, otherwise they won't show up in the search results (we mention that in our description). Cool concept
The voice is a standard “computer” voice like we’ve had for years, rather than the new AI voice technology which produces much more natural results. The timing is terrible — I translated the most recent Tom Scott video to French, and two minutes in, the voice was over 30 seconds behind the video! By contrast, I translated a German Minecraft player’s video to English, and it often paused for multiple seconds in the middle of a sentence (at a random point, not between clauses) to let the video catch up to the audio.
But that’s when it works at all. I tried playing eight videos, and of those, only two worked. Five of the others said the captions or video could not be found (and at least one of those had both automatic *and* manual captions), and one other video simply played with no audio at all (though it’s possible the source video was broken, it only had a handful of views).
In summary, with some tweaks (see ThioJoe’s video on automatic video translation for a good example) this could be a very good and useful app! As it is now (February 2023), I don’t recommend it.

Hello, we have read each of the points you mention, and we have comments about it. Initially, as you may have seen, our App does not require any technical programming skills, or special dubbing skills or of any kind on the part of our users, to obtain translator videos with audio tracks in their language. They simply need to install our App, search for a video and our algorithm automatically translates the audio tracks of each video into their language. Regarding the quality of the voices you mention: we can see that you haven't used the enhanced voices, you can learn how to use them at https://vidiom.app/voices About timing management, our App reads the subtitles of each video as they were generated, then performs the translation and synchronizes each text in real time according to the times that were established in the subtitles and generates the audio of that translation. The part where you mention that you can't find some videos that don't have subtitles, you're partly right about this (some videos uploaded to YouTube don't have subtitles, if the video doesn't have subtitles we won't be able to create the audio tracks for your video) right now It is rare to find videos without subtitles, but if you spend time looking for videos with this feature, you will surely find them. Hello, we have read your review and apparently you have some kind of confusion with the use or utility of our App. we tell you what our App does: Our application allows you to translate the voice of any YouTube video into your native language, with this you have the possibility to learn more about any topic that interests you from different perspectives around the world. Vidiom has a search engine with which you can discover new videos created in different languages around the world, you can translate the titles of those videos to your language and also translate the audio of your YouTube video automatically. For this and many other reasons, we do not understand your low rating, we hope that you reconsider this would contribute a lot to the community, we also invite you to read the full description of our App so that you can learn about each of the features :) Update: Apparently the user is still confused and has not read the description, has not used the help, nor has he used the improved (human) voices, we understand the clear intention of your comment, but we have very happy users and provide them with a new way seeing translated content with audio in their languages gives meaning to everything we do, we send you a big regard from the entire development team.
