Vid Iq is trash
Vid IQ is absolutely garbage. I upgraded to find out that even with $60 you’re still limited. It doesn’t process requests and burns 3x the amount just about every request. Once I upgraded they just bug out more and make you use more of your credits. This app is a scam. Absolutely worthless. The YouTube channels are cool though. Until they refund me at least 800-1000 credits I won’t go back to this garbage app

I really like the app it helped me grow my YouTube channel and improve the quality! The reason I gave 4 stars is because once you use everything you can’t do them forever if you don’t wanna pay so to get more users I think it is a good idea to add a daily credit usage!

Paid Subscription Constantly Freezing
I’m paying $50 per month for this app, but it constantly stops working. I frequently have to force close the app or log out and log back in just to get it working again. This happens over and over, making it difficult to use the features I’m paying for.
For the price, I expected a much more reliable experience. If this issue can’t be fixed soon, I’d like a refund because I’m paying for a service that isn’t working properly.

Every day I have to re login to my account and re authorize my account. Sometimes I have to do it 5 times in a row for it to even work. If you even want to learn anything about your niche and channel $19 a month. Ask to rate your shorts $19 a month. Complete scam if you don’t pay.

They timed out and couldn’t make the shorts I asked for and I got charged, wanted a specific thumbnail and got charged for each “change” while explaining my vision, got charged for EVERY SINGLE INTERACTION.

They do estate eat they say they shill will. From helping to analyze the channel, all the content, VidiQ provides wonderful content to help spread your message to the world! That’s the hardest issue when you’re small but you’ve got big ideas inside you! Not top many people do I know who can help navigate the complexity out here! It’s great for basic things, but for some reason autocorrect doesn’t work, and sometimes thumbnails dont publish after I had authorized it many times. But great for basic things
Zero Customer Support
I found the service to be ridiculously buggy and most "work" it did to be worthless. It sounds great but the analytics aren't worth anything. I tried to report a simple bug and discovered it's all "blow you off" AI bots and no humans to even speak to no matter what. the obvious AI bots just hand you off to better AI bots. but no human who can even repeat what the issue is to you. zero customer care. paid for this for two years but have cancelled. zero desire to keep their customers.
