Major FAIL. I was expecting something at least SIMILAR to the desktop version. This mess isn’t even close. I stupidly bought a years worth of credits expecting at least to be able to create something worthwhile. What I got was two songs that were basically the same song - same format and structure, and a video that was just downright sad.

Rip off
The video never loaded. I emailed the developer and they told me that they were working on it, but it never worked. Now I have been charged for service I NEVER received.

Since App Store purchases and refunds are managed directly by Apple, you can request a refund through Apple if you were charged for a service you didn't receive. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope you'll give VidMuse another try after updating to the latest version.
