This app used to be great. However, now the app won’t allow for videos. I have upgraded and paid for the “PRO” edition and still videos won’t load. Photos load fine.

I downloaded the recent version. I wanted to make a two frame collage with video on top and photo on bottom, but it crashed every time I tried uploading the video into the frame.
Keeps shutting down
I purchased the app in order to use all the features. After my purchase a few things have stopped working: the selected videos won’t show up no matter the size and when I select finish to see if the videos will apear the app shuts down and nothing is saved. I stitch any videos or see what I’m doing. Before I paid I could at least see everything and save my work. Not sure what to do

Video Feature Not Working
Why can’t we add videos anymore? It’s what made the app different than others but no longer works.
Video features don’t work.
If you’re considering getting this app, don’t!! None of the video features work anymore, not even the pro version. It use to work perfect, but the developers haven’t updated it in over 2 years, and are non-responsive to messages and bug-reports.
Save your money and apply it to an app that works. If they fix the issues then consider it, but do you really want an app that doesn’t get updated as technology progresses forward?

Does not work for me
Whenever I put a video to the grid , and after I compress it , the video won’t be load and Got to my home screen.

This app worked well for a while. Lately, if I upload 3 photos from my iPhone albums, it will only save 1 of the 3.

When I first downloaded this app if you years ago it was working perfectly and it sort of degraded overtime. Now they had to delete the app and re-download it and reinstall on my iPhone xr, and as soon as I select a frame to fill and add a 3 min video,It crashes and takes me back to my phones home screen. Over and over no matter what I do. I went to the support page and it takes me to a PDF which is useless to me. I would prefer to email someone for help rather than read a PDF file. If this probably is taken care of I will give five stars

No matter what I do once I go to the border portion the pictures and videos I've added disappear and I can save what I've done. It's useless now
