Bad move
Was the only company to give daily credits, which was the only reason I gave you anything at all. The mass majority of produced videos are unusable; why would I be forced into exclusively paying for bad turn out. You up and suddenly deleted the original with no warning as well. Bad bad greedy move.

A ton of artifacts for now double the cost. Was 19 credits now 20 for the same thing.
Now Every single creation is failed and no support. Up to date iPhone 16 pro max. Yeah, I spent thousands on y’all. Had to even make another account because you “made a mistake” and caused it to not let me log in. Then also last two times removed my context for no reason. It did NOT go against any standard. My pic. Seriously nothing wrong with it. Make me a princess holding my dog.

The app itself is pretty good, and you can create some impressive animations with it. When it works, the results can be excellent.
Unfortunately, the customer support is essentially nonexistent. The lip-sync feature completely broke and no longer works, and multiple emails to support have gone unanswered.
The company also promises credits that never seem to arrive. I was told I’d receive 400 credits for completing a survey, but they were never added to my account. Later, I was offered 5,000 credits for agreeing to a one-on-one survey. The survey never happened, and the promised credits never arrived either. I contacted customer support about both issues and was completely ghosted.
Overall, the app and website have potential, but if something goes wrong, don’t expect any help. Based on my experience, customer support simply doesn’t exist.

The Original ‘Vidu Ai’ App Has Suddenly Been Removed From The Apple Store For Whatever The Reason/ Reasons. That Was The Only App That Would Let You Get Free Credits Just By Logging In Every Day Which Is A Feature I Liked. I Hate The Fact I Had To Delete The Original App. I Tried This ‘Vidu Ai Pro’ Version App To See If It’ll Be Somewhat Similar To The Original, But It Wasn’t. It Showed A Feature About Getting Free Credits Each Time You Log In, But There’s No Way To Know How. This App Is Ridiculous. Put The Original App Back In The Apple Store. Devs With Apps Like These Are Money-hungry And Only Want You To Buy Credits And Don’t Give What Their Suppose To Give.
