Didn’t work

The welcome page asks you to set up an account. The Sign in with Google button didn’t work, the “Skip” button didn’t work, the Sign in with Apple button did work but I don’t want to create an account before I know this app will work for me. Since it hasn’t been updated for a year and the most recent review is 4 years old (before mine, of course), I will have to pass on this. The developer’s website has no mention of travel apps, and the contact email doesn’t work.

This place is amazing

After my second trip to Europe I can say that Vienna is a beautiful city. Maybe the most beautiful one. Specifically about this guide, it is useful. You get to see all the relevant info that you need for your trip and the fact of being able to use the map offline is great. I dont like to be switching my phone on and off for extra roaming costs, so that is a nice feature. Give it a shot, its free anyways.

Купил платную версию а приложение все равно не работает, запрашивает постоянно обновление

Hello, Thanks for reaching out and we are very sorry about this issue. Please make sure you are connected to internet and delete the app and reinstall it. After that, try the following. You will not be charged twice. Try downloading the already paid content as you did the first time. Apple will tell you the price but when you hit the buy button you will receive a pop up saying that you can download it for free because you have already paid the product. You will not be charged twice, we guarantee that, if you do, please send us the receipt and we will help you process a refund with Apple. Thank you

Worthless - unless you pay more and more

The basic free app gives you a list of hotels and tours you can purchase. NO Maps, NO useable information unless you pay for the premium upgrade. Too many free apps, and the internet, that make this a big NO!

Купила платную версию. В итоге - пользоваться приложением невозможно. Постоянно скачивается обновление. Техподдержка не отвечает. Верните деньги.

Does not work

Don’t buy this. After three days of nothing working I’ve deleted it. No downloads and just a constant page saying 0% downloaded. It’s a con. Apple should ban them from the App Store.

What I like the most about this app is the amount of content that is provided. Vienna is a beautiful city!

The 3.99 unblocks these features: Augmented Reality, offline street and public transportation maps, tourists info for all itineraries in all languages and the metro app. We are very sorry if this was not what you expected. Nearly worthless

Map only gives city center,
Then only main streets are labeled - much like the small maps given at hotel desks.
I was hoping for a map that had every street listed for the entire city.

Small maps-charging from beginning

In app purchase means paying for additional features but charges for downloading the maps. In fact if you dont pay the app is completely useless. Maps are also so small that you can hardly read name of the streets

Do not download this. It doesn't even get past the first page on my phone without crashing. Should be removed from the store

Worst app ever!!!

Paid 3.99 and app kept asking for $1.99 more for a map on EACH sightseeing attraction and wouldn't let me leave that panel. Complete waste of money for me!!!!!

What a crock

Do not touch with a barge pole
Crashes constantly
Two pictures of any location
Information is a few paragraphs which could of come from Google, actually Google would be better
Did I say it crashes
And it forever says upgrade to full version even though I've already done so
It's so slow as well
And did I say it keeps crashing

На карте, которая загрузилась отражается только моя геопозиция. Проложить маршрут нет возможности. Других карт нет. Выкидывает из программы через 5 секунд. Я разочарована. Хочу свои деньги обратно!

Сделали временно бесплатно для скачивания, а в ней стандартный набор карт и маршруты общественного транспорта закрыт. Для разблокировки просят денежку. РАЗВОД. Худший вариант из аналогичных.
