About
The VieProApp is an alarm App on a smartphone that allows the user to receive alarm messages from the VieDome platform. The VieProApp works with an alarm row. In this row are the alarms in the order they have been received.
In the app there is a workflow so if a receiver doesn’t respond to an alarm (alarm accept) within the programmed time period the alarm is forwarded to the next VieProApp user that has been programmed to receive the alarm message. If no user accepts the alarm the alarm message is send to a 24/7 alarm center
When an alarm is received the VieProApp plays an alarm sound to alert the user, also the type of alarm and information about the alarm are displayed. If the user accepts the alarm it is possible to communicate with the person that raised the alarm.
If an alarmcall is missed because, for example, if the user is on the phone. The user can see in the history tab what alarm he missed and who handled the alarm. The VieProApp is a reliable app that so no alarm messages will be lost. The app is simple and convenient to use.
