Does not work
I used this program and photos of passport and portrait were not accepted on e visa by Vietnam . They stated there was a low match rate. I do not understand this and no way to contact this vendor. Do not waste your money

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the difficulty you experienced. The “low match rate” message indicates that the submitted images were received and compared by the official Vietnam e-Visa system. The identity-matching result between the submitted portrait and the photo in the passport is determined by the official system and cannot be controlled or changed by the app. If you would like help reviewing the image preparation, please contact us through the App Support link and we’ll be happy to help.
