Lack user preference and very old design user interface
Application needs to be uplifted user interface provide options for user preferences and so many options is missed in the app like save digital signature, syncing automatically, etc
Too old systems
Software is too old and in present day scenario apps can be integrated with lot of tools to minimise the process and increase productivity.
Just didn’t work
Spent hours trying to get this to work and it never did. Support kept telling me what to do and that wouldn’t work either.
Now can’t even use web based version.
