Permanent Generating Fails
I’ve been using Viggle Ai for around a week now and I really enjoy this app as I create videos with these templates but up until recently, my template generations just somehow went up to take 15-18 minutes instead of the usual 1-2 minutes that I would have to wait and whenever it starts generating… It would never generate the video at all, no matter how long you wait for it to generate. This made me having to quit my apple account and changing into my google account and just for me to run into the same problem again in just a few hours after opening the google account.
I am a free user, no subscriptions, but if this is seriously about a server problem then I should not have to wait from midnight to morning just for my video to generate but it never comes… I wish this will get fixed as I fear I’m not the only one who runs into the exact same problem with this. Now for the time being, I won’t be able to use Viggle Ai because the generating keeps failing and locks itself in a permanent state.

Once you subscribe there is no way to unsubscribe. They find ways to bury the evidence. I have to cancel my whole bank card now.

Subscription not working
I like the app, it’s good and all, but i bought the monthly pro subscription, and whenever I try use the features it says that the Apple ID already has a subscription linked to another account, but I don’t have any other accounts, so I’m not sure what account it’s on, so right now I’ve just wasted £10 for literally nothing, please fix this quickly

Locked my videos
After being a user for over a year, I re-download the app and all my videos have been "archived" and I have to pay a subscription to get them back. This is wrong on so many levels. This is something a hacker would do. Not a company

Immensely entertaining
This app is so fun to use with things such as edits or just things to use against your friends. If an images quality is not the best the character will deform a bit and the characters aren’t perfect copies, but they end up good enough for short dance videos.

Genuinely not worth using when plenty of other apps provide the same service without the paywall putting your requests behind a timer that barely even works right.

OK, so first of all why is there a daily limit? Are you just doing this so you will force us to buy premium? It’s good and all but you really need to stop doing this and also video archived. Do you want us to upgrade the premium so we can get our videos back
