App sucks
Camera is fine but the app refuses to show me my front facing videos even tho they’re on the sd card…the app should work as intended I don’t think that’s too much to ask

Won’t connect
Not sure what I’m doing wrong. However it won’t connect to the internet. I’ve tried several times and nothing. Not sure why it’s so difficult. This was the biggest waste of money. Definitely gets thumbs down.
Won’t connect to dash cam
Since I first downloaded the app, it won’t connect to my dash cam. It did the first time, but a few weeks later when I went to look at a video, it only had SOME videos from the first time I connected it. This app is useless. I hope I don’t need it for an accident or an incident or I’m screwed. Luckily the dash cam I have can play back videos. It would just be nice if I had a place to download them and edit them if needed.

Pretty useless when you need to capture a license place. Wifi connection to dash cam was so bad it was almost impossible to download video to phone so I had to pull the SD card and put it in my computer.

Found this thing on Amazon for a great price. I’ve been needing a dash cam for a while due to stupid drivers in my state. I love it and would recommend the cam and app to anyone
Lacks features
I really enjoy the quality, it’s not a bad price for it being an annual subscription but I already bought the camera seems ridiculous I now have to pay for a subscription to actually use it for its full functionality- having to pay just to access your footage is what gets me and you can’t even access it “anytime, anywhere” the car has to be on so you can connect to the camera

Not supporting IOS 26/ iphone17
The app is not working on iphone17 nor the camera connects to the app in iphone17. While I downloaded the app and connected it to an android works fine. But not working on iphone ?????????????

Not good
Not good at all, is disconnected every 5 minutes, the videos don’t save in the app because you have to have wifi in the camera and you have to sign in every time
Camera not connecting to wifi
I have turned my camera off, reset it, updated the app, I have a perpetual subscription. It will not connect to the camera. I have tried contacting the developer and reporting the issue. Silence. Not impressed.

I’ve spend Hours trying to Connect this Dash Cam to my phone so i can watch my dash cam videos. Viidure app makes it impossible to do it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GETTING. Waste of your time and Money!!!

it is a good app and nice camera, but I have the TO3S so it is very hard to set up
