What can I say , landed up to this super fancy looking boutique only to disappoint myself with the unprofessional behaviour , no track/receipt for the money given for tailoring .we all understand that everyone is going through unprecedented times but not these people , I had some clothes given for alterations which came back as is after good 5 months and when asked why did it not happen they simply said they do not have staff to do so , I further asked if they will refund the amount given in advance to do so , for which they had not even cut a receipt! I had my clothes dunzo’ed that too was a pain as the owner is too rude to comply with,, At the time when I went to them to be honest to their business and customers but this is nothing short of a learning for me to not rely on such easy money makers!!

Filthy material delivered
This e-commerce site doesn’t accept return when the customer isn’t happy about their material ! They mention Raw silk .. and sent me some synthetic material which isn’t wearable and stops responding when asked about it ! 0 customer satisfaction.!

They don’t respond to messages or calls . Tracking the order is also not possible. App needs improvement. It would be better if you gave more details about the fabric and the dimensions
