Like other games I play very similar just different skins really we will have to see is it pay to win. Higher tiers hero is only way to win eventually?? Not sure yet

Changed my review from 1 star to 3
I originally gave Viking Hero TD one star, but after spending more time with it, I think that was a little too harsh. I’m changing it to three stars for now because the game actually has a lot of potential.
The more I play, the more I’m getting used to the base building, heroes, equipment, upgrades, and overall progression. I actually agree with the developers on one thing: you shouldn’t be able to immediately upgrade everything to Epic or Legendary. Having upgrades take time gives you something to work toward and keeps you from finishing everything too quickly.
The actual gameplay is pretty enjoyable too. Building your base during the day and then controlling your hero while defending it at night is a cool combination. The maps also make you think about where you’re putting your defenses instead of just upgrading everything and hoping for the best.
Funny enough, this has also become a really good treadmill game for me. I can put it on while I’m walking and get so focused on playing that I stop paying attention to how long I’ve been on the treadmill. If you’re looking for something to play while doing a slower treadmill walk, I actually recommend trying it. Just obviously pay attention to what you’re doing and don’t get so distracted that you walk off the treadmill.
My biggest complaint has not changed though: the in-app purchase prices are way too high.
I understand that this is being developed by a small team and they need to make money to continue developing the game. I have no problem supporting smaller developers, especially when I can see potential in what they’re making. But some of these prices are extremely difficult to justify for a mobile game.
$10, $20, $25 and even higher-priced packs are a lot of money for what you actually receive. The same goes for paying to remove ads. I would probably spend more money on this game over time if individual purchases were reasonably priced. At the current prices, I can’t recommend buying anything.
That’s actually my biggest suggestion to the developers. Lower the prices. A larger number of players buying reasonably priced packs could be better than relying on a smaller number of people willing to spend $20, $25 or more at once.
So my opinion has definitely improved. I went from one star to three stars, and I’m going to keep playing. There is a genuinely good game here and I’m interested in seeing what the developers do with it.
For now, I recommend playing Viking Hero TD, but I do not recommend spending money on the in-app purchases at their current prices.
I’ll come back and update this review again after another week or two of playing and after seeing what future updates bring. If the game continues improving, I could definitely see myself raising the rating again.

Thanks for the review. Cloud services are only supported on devices with the same OS, so you will only be able to play on the same device if you have an iphone and an ipad.
Perfect TD
I never write app reviews, I think this is my first. But I have to. This game is too good. It’s everything you want in a mobile TD game. Different of building/tower types, as well as abilities, and upgrade trees to increase the variety, and new enemies appearing in new levels. Very importantly, each level is different, it’s not just the same boring single lane level over and over again, so it’s not repetitive at all. And my favorite thing about the game… NO FORCED ADS. Great game, I’ve been hooked.

Hi, thanks for writing. I understand your frustration about the ads, they have become worse in the last few years. When watching an app you should be able to report any annoying ads.

This games pretty cool all the right things for a phone game
Great potential
This game is really fun. Like really fun. All the cool upgrades you can get and the fact you can replay and get rewarded with the stars. Only issue is the PVP mode takes super long to rank up and I don’t want to spend hours and hours playing through low ranks just to get to mine. I think once you reach a certain rank, you stay at that rank until you lose enough or you rank up. Thanks for making this game!

Jogo ótimo, mas os pacotes são absurdamente caros.
Jogo cumpre o que promote: Funciona offline, não é P2W e é bem legalzinho. Eu até compraria as opções pagas se elas não fossem absurdamente caras para a realidade do brasileiro: Custam 3-4x mais do que outros jogos similares.
For dev: Game is amazing, unfortunately the prices in Brazil are 3-4x higher than other similar games (no ads for example is over 20 dollars, impracticable), that’s the only reason for it to be 4* only.

Idea since you’re still in beta
Love the idea but the pvp is kinda confusing i dont see how theres any competition to it. My idea/solution: pvp same idea building your village up round by round but 2 minute turns to decide what to build, round starts screen widens you see both villages, goal defeat other village first with strategy some using tower heavy strats to defend and some with more troops to overwhelm the enemy, just a idea tho from consumer to developer🙌🏻god bless most success🙏🏼
