Constantly crashing having to get people to delete app and reinstall. Waste of time

I get all the way through to the end where I have to upload my photos and it doesn’t upload them I can’t save it for later because even when I do and go back into it, it still won’t upload the photos and I have to delete the record and start again, this is a business app do better. Fix the issues already, this app has the potential to be brilliant and can allow business to be far more efficient for load restraints and business safety inspections but you won’t or don’t know how to fix the issues, work it out do better.
