Ok until….
I really like this app but it lost mmh workout history log twice. I’m not sure if it’s a glitch in the upgrade or what. Now it only shows the entries for the current week but all previous weeks have vanished.

I love this app. It keeps me on track.Thank you. I did 5 workouts a week for 1 year. Then just completed 4 workouts a week for my 2nd year. About to start my 3rd year. I lost 21kg & dropped body fat % from +25% to 12% & put on 6kg of lean muscle. This App has helps me record my workouts, stay accountable & reach my goals. Thank you so much 💪🏾❤️💯

Pros:
- easy to use
- nice widget
Cons:
- Have to scroll through long list of exercises and go to more exercise, every time I add a workout. Should be able to have favorite categories for easy access
- no custom categories (must choose from list)

Excellent pour se motiver
Je cherchais une appli pour me motiver à courir et celle ci est top. Simple et efficace avec un super design. De plus le développeur répond à nos questions et améliorations sur l’application.
