Getting better but still needs improvement

The app has suggestions for booking a class again that you’ve taken before but it never works because it’s a week away and you can only book a day in advance.

App closes

Keeps closing when I open up childcare reservations

Needs improvement

The app is extremely slow to load and usually gives you an error even when registering for a class is successful.

Worst app of all time

For the membership fee that we pay they obviously put no money in this app and if they did they got ripped off. Search doesn’t work and the app takes long time to process scheduling. Calendar is useless. The spa reservations don’t show up on the calendar. The app is slow and clunky.

So far so good

In my opinion the app has a lot of functionality and works really well for being a set of local gyms, I’m impressed. You’re able to reserve courts and see the entire schedule which is great.

I know some don’t like the 25 hour class reservation rule, it may not be ideal but is probably the best way to avoid a lot of no shows. People tend to be overly optimistic in fitness and what they’ll do each week. I just sign up on the way to the gym most days, hasn’t been an issue

New phone…. No access to the app

Love club!!! The app needs some help though …

Changed to a new phone and I cannot go back to the app… I have changed the password around 8 times now and still cannot access the app….

Zero stars

This is a terrible application. I have had nothing but problems with it since the very beginning I am unable to access the app. I reset my password several times yet I still have problems entering the application. I believe I have given up on this Village app this is a pretty sad situation for a high end gym!

Need to not hang in iOS

Thr apps is flaky and does not come up on iOS. It’s annoying as it is hard to look at schedule.

Buggy

I have only been using this for a month and have had to uninstall/reinstall it about 4-5
times because it just locks up on the welcome screen.

Horrible

I can’t believe they have this service, this app is a total mess

Clunky

This app is poorly designed for today’s market. It has a lot of bugs (we can never reset our own password & have to go to the club for assistance). It is aesthetically antiquated. Seriously dislike not being able to sign up for classes more than a day in advance. I want to plan my week once-not have to revisit the app 6 times a week. There is no place to rate the classes. It could be a useful tool. One would expect more from a company marketing itself as a high-end club.

Poor data management and bugs

I am also experiencing issues with missing class schedules. And I’m regularly receiving notifications of classes that I did not sign up for —it’s frustrating. I work in tech app design and don’t believe this is a user error.

I’ve sent messages to “report an issue” and have not heard back from anyone. I will ask again at the gym for help. There should be a direct method for getting assistance.

could be the worst app ever created

Pretty sure this app was created by the owners kid as a middle school computer science project. Could not be any worse. And to think it’s the most expensive gym in Arizona.. 😂

Does Not Work

Does not work

Remembers you even after uninstall/factory reset

This app remembers you even after a complete uninstall of the app and a factory reset of the phone. This shouldn’t be possible and I’ve attempted to report to Apple, but there’s no way to do so. The developer of this app should follow proper protocol for deleting data.

Not good

Doesn't keep track of attendance. You can't instantly access attendance record theough app, you have to wait to get an email. This month showed I went once, even though on club computer my true attendance was logged. Not at all impressed.

Can’t even login on this app

Just says “Retrieving user info” and nothing happens.

Enough is enough

Your app doesn’t work most of the time. Your club on Camelback looks like it was last updated in 1984 and the machines are out dated. What happened to the village?

Your reputation has gone downhill so incredibly fast I have to wonder what is going on
