Disappointed
Extremely disappointed. I have been trying to resolve a technical error with your app for weeks so could use the birthday reward. The app says 'Already Registered' but won't log in to use. I sent an 'URGENT' email to get support villagejuicery.com weeks ago and have received zero response. I’ve visited in person and the staff couldn't help. This is a poor way to treat loyal customers, especially on a birthday. I would like someone to contact me and manually honor this reward.

password won't save on my ipone and ape couldn't figure it out either. I had manually enter it in order to keep it saved they said it's possibly at your end but it keeps kicking me out. It's an ongoing issue happens a few times

There is little connection between the online specials/promotions and the app. VJ needs to organize these opportunities for purchase as it is cringingly close to miscommunication about sales.

Love your juice but your app is SO awful it never works.
Shows fields as incorrect, cannot deliver to my address when it falls within your local delivery area, forces an auto populate that is incorrect, verification codes never arrive through text or email it’s just super frustrating.
Also very disappointed we can’t use or apply points when ordering online through the website. Just super inconvenient all around :(
