Always late delivery and no one picks the call
Every time we order, never came on time. They promote 60 mins delivery but never done that for us. No one picks the calls before delivery. At least they should have the courtesy to answer the call, convey the delay. If they are so busy not to answer a customer, why should they have one. Initial days of good feedback has gone to their head. I am not sure whether management is tracking these issues. Very pathetic service
