I can’t get my phone to control the lights

There are no instructions on how to get my phone to control the lights and now my mom has to return them because they won’t change color

Please let us search for the network things

So I got this app and it worked perfectly! But then I wanted to get it on my iPad but I could not connect it. Then I wanted to search for the name so I wanted to search the name to connect it but I CANNOT SEARCH so please change this

Terrible App for Lights

I went on vacation for 3 weeks, I come back and try to use my lights and neither the app or remote will work, I bought new remote battery and tried using the app again, neither worked and the App gives no directions on how to connect to the lights through the app.

Disappointing for an IOS user…

I was hoping to dance in my room to some music with my new lights but I own an IOS and do not use ITunes for my music, so I was hoping to be able to customize fades and jumps to improvise, but I couldn’t. The only thing that this app has that the remote doesn’t is the timer. Also, every minute I had the Fade7 on it would later flash faster than it was set to.

Basic Control Capability Only

The app gives basic control for the lights. But there’s minimal customization for anything but static color and four preset styles. I was hoping to customize the colors for dynamic fades and jumps.

New feature please.

This app is great and works well, 2 things i would ask and many others will agree, a mode where 2 LED strips can sync when changing color so it’s not akward, second change make a mode that the lights chase the colors around so red will be following blue , behind blue is green for example Thanks so much - Joseph

I liked the app until this happened

Ok I enjoyed your app for a month or 2 it started to randomly change colors to multi color mode and have it on full speed at night and I tried taking out the remote battery and maybe the remote messed it up and still did it so now I try only using the remote and now it works so fix your app I would have gave you 2 stars if I didn’t like it in the beginning

problems

Don’t get this app with multiple LED lights in your house it messed up my sisters lights without me having to touch the app it pared its self to the light and made them glitch to stay on the color blue but I love the colors

Hello, if there is a connection problem with Bluetooth, you can try to restart the application and replug the device power to reset the device status.

Love the lights, hate the app

I love these lights! They are super bright! But the app is terrible. The colors on the screen don't even match the lights! For example, I put the lights on light yellow but they were blue! Please fix!

Stupid

Bruh I can’t get my led lights to sync to my music, like it wont let me just how STUPID is this. I would rate it 0.

Will not pair

I have led light and they light up normally but the app never connects to it I put my phone so close to the Bluetooth and it still didn’t work please make the Bluetooth as if you can pick witch one like how iPhones have it that would improve the app a lot.

my light colors are not accurate

i hope i’m not the only one who had to get two sets of strips to put around their room. but the remote not only changes my lights but my sisters lights in her room. what do i do

One small change

I think this app is pretty good and the lights work well with it. But my one problem is that colors can’t fade smoothly. It will go from one color to black to another color. I think if it went directly from one color to the next it would be amazing.

Can I connect more than one strip lights? If so how the app does not give me that opponent

Really like this app

It lets you change and make new colors for you led lights and even includes other things like a timer. I definitely recommend getting this app. Just one request maybe make it to where you can have your lights flash on the remote while the light brightness is down on the app. Really good app though!

How can you pair 2 strip light to vilsom , cus my app only connect to one and no option to pair the second one.

Hello, By default, the app automatically connects to multiple devices and controls them. If it cannot connect, the device may need to be plugged in and out again to reset its state.
