Very bad service from the team
The app is having a 2.0 and 4.0 version, super many bugs are having here and there....and the service from the team is very slow, always say having meeting or this and that... Always hard to find them and this app charges us almost RM24000 per year, but they provide this lousy service for customers! And many function of the app is not logic and workable for the business... Hope they can improve this, dont only talk good when u want to get the money from us, only service and quality will drive a business go far!
