Great Initiative
The service provided by them is really serving my day to day needs, this is very good initiative taken in our city. 👍🏻

Scammers
Very disappointing experience with Bimla Ji Maid Service, Pathankot. This is the fourth time I have faced the same issue. They accepted my payment, showed my booking as confirmed, and even assigned a maid with contact details, but no maid arrived. Later, they claimed that my booking had been cancelled, although there was no cancellation message and the app was still showing a confirmed booking. Calls often go unanswered, and I have also faced refund issues. Based on my repeated experience, I strongly advise customers to be very careful before making advance payments and to keep screenshots of everything. I have completely lost trust in this service and would not recommend it
