Poor costumer service
It takes for ever to confirm the deposit, i have been waiting for a week now and their customer support reply once every two days with an automated response…haven’t even sent any money yet, waiting for confirmation…

The app itself isn’t the best I’ve seen nor the worst so the app gets a 6/10.
BUT! The customer support is top notch I can’t actually describe any other app that has such friendly and enthusiastic customer support staff. To whoever addressed my ticket id your a very kind person and understanding and I hope your day goes super well! Maybe next time I’ll wait till I’m not inebriated before trying to buy my friend some pizza abroad haha

Calling balance gone
I was using the app for phone call, just noticed that with the latest update, it was switched to money transfer only and my balance on the app is gone.
What a waste
After the update the app is now useless, no option to add fund to the app, only redeem code and bank deposit. What a waste

Don’t download it and don’t trust it I had £3.69 when I updated the app the money is gone now I can’t even sign in I have paid by PayPal I will make complaint forward to PayPal but please don’t download and don’t trust it they don’t even have a customer service the end of the day probably you loss all you are money and no one will help you zero star

The worst app ever I put 5 to call Mauritanian The call was sent to someone else in Mauritania . Not only that’s all my mints are gone. The person only said hello. Don’t waste your money

This is the most rubbish app I downloaded and and complete everything and I pay £1.99 which was there demand after all that it’s says you have to register your number which I try many many times when I fulfill all forms sending button doesn’t work and without registration Number not working and your payment is not returning goodbye it not working at all just stilling money from you

I called my family from UK and the response is programmed just saying hello only , I’m pretty sure that voice was not from one of my family’s
No customer service
Could be very good app but there is no support what so ever, I have been trying to contact them for more than a year and there is zero responds. They only have an email but they don’t respond.
Now I stopped using the app because of luck of support and moved to talk home which is much more reliable.
