I just downloaded this app, paid $4.99 because it is supposed to decode a bmw vin. The app is simply blank and doesn’t do anything. It doesn’t display any information. It is a blatant scam. Furthermore, once you have refreshed the vin search a few times, although it doesn’t display any information, it asks for more fund…to keep doing the same thing no doubt (doing nothing)
