Vincent William Manager

The staff app for Vincent William, an eight-room inn, winery and restaurant in Madison, Ohio. It is for our team only: you sign in with a team account. • Tonight at the inn: which rooms are booked, who arrives and leaves today, and what each guest still owes. • One inbox for the guest line: texts, voicemails and missed calls, with the oldest wait first. • Alerts when a guest message is urgent, such as a lockout, with a reply right from the alert. • Door codes and lock batteries for each stay. • Event leads and table requests, so no one waits days for an answer.
