1st time we ordered food from Vincenzos and unfortunately it will be the last. Place order online at 4:59 PM, at 6:06 I called to question where our food was (45 minute delivery time from website), I was told it will be here in seconds. 14 minutes later at 6:20 PM our food arrived. Pizza was cold and sausage was clearly put on after pizza came out of the oven. Wings were also cold. Nothin like waiting an hour and half for food and then having it arrive cold and tasting like crap. I would have given it zero stars if I could.

Easy to use with some nice features
Log in was easy, although I needed to add my birthdate year first, THEN day and month.
It kept skipping out of the month when dialed to September, and would roll back to February.
Ordering was easy and they even have a button you can schedule for a day or more in advance.
You get 5$ off your first order, and there is a points reward program set up. So far so good for this shop’s new app. I’m sure they will tweak a few things as they go. Love the features, and how easy it was to use.
