This app has super fast filter processing with filters you want to use. It is one of my top four photo apps. I really love it. Now the bad, several times this app stopped working for a month or more. Reloading the app didn’t help, it was them. Their servers? If the app stops working and is good enough to periodically test to see if it has come back to life because it is well worth it.

Super slow on my iPhone 14 Pro
Photo effects keep rendering for 10+ minutes. It makes me suspect it’s doing something secretly in the background 🙂
About my buying Vinci AI app
I bought a year of the Vinci AI app, and was promised that the logo would be removed, but it has NOT been removed! I was also promised new filters, but they are all the same old ones. Rip off! Why isn’t there a way to contact the owners of this app?

App doesn’t upload pictures
I’ve used Vinci pro for a few years. Like it a lot. But for over a week now I have not been able to upload any of my own pictures. What’s going on with this?
What happened?
I've used this app off and on for ages. All of a sudden the filters don't load. I gave it a full minute, closed the app and tried again, and got the same slowly ticking dial. Thought it might have become corrupted, and removed and re-downloaded the app.
Thus time I couldn't get past my refusal to allow use of my camera, even if I. closed and re-opened. Had to delete the app to get rid of that screen. When I stubbornly downloaded again, I eventually got to the same screen that started me on this journey, and the filters still would not load.
The help chat wants me to sign in, giving name and email to some separate app. Nope.
This was a clean, easy, effective app. Sorry y'all.

What Happened?! Unable to load photos to edit.
Since the iOS 15.6 update, the free version of this app no longer works! I used to really like it. Now I am unable to load any photos. No explanation, no error message, just infinite spinning gear. I couldn’t even connect with support. I prefer to NOT reflect a problem in a negative review if support is available but, if there is no support then a 1 star review is the only way I can express it. I have shared many edits on Instagram which I always tag and give you free promotion.

Doesn’t Work with IOS 13.2
I love this photo to art styles. One of the best. But, it’s not loading on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone 6s or my IPad Pro 2018. All are running IOS 15.2. I’m sorry to have to use reviews to report the problems, but many developers fail to having a working link for support. I did notice that there was a fairly recent update, but, it apparently didn’t help.

Continually crashes at launch
Loved this app, so frustrating after IOS 14 installed the app will crash on open. Support appears non-existent and unless there is a fix or response I will be cancelling my subscription.
I did love it but...
It’s a fantastic app, however sometime after I paid for a year ($15) it quit working now a week or more after I’ve emailed and received no reply or refund I’m wondering if a 1 star review will get their attention
Does not work after 2 days
This app worked great for the first two days. After, when I go to edit a picture, it thinks for a moment but never brings up any options. Now I have paid for a subscription and it is completely worthless. There seems to be no way to contact support :-(
Crashing!
The app worked the first time and now it refuses to open at all! Help please? I would be delighted to improve the start reading as soon as it starts working again.
Frustrating
This app would be cool, has been cool in the past, but the current version crashes right away, you open it up, and down it goes. Had some luck, about 30% of the time, be deleting and reinstalling the app... but really? I shouldn’t have to do that, and the app has been like this for over six months, probably a year, because I quit trying! To the developers, it’s cool, It’s free, I understand that, but really, come on.

What happened to this App?!
This was my “go to” app for my artwork and photography first and foremost. I loved that you could opt to not have their watermark on every file. But I think it must have become so popular that most times I try to use it, it’s slow and/or it times out and there’s an error message about there being too many users. Very frustrating and more often than not I wind up closing it and using another filter app. Too bad it was my favorite.

Not working!
I loved this app for the 10 days it worked. Now it doesn’t on several devices and it just says “error”. Pics won’t load. No response when I emailed them. What a waste of money will contact Apple to see if I can get my money back.
Still dead in the water
Two weeks now and still not working. One of my go to apps, but suppose I’ll have to search for another app. Normally I’d rate this app a 4. Quick, easy, and uncomplicated... when working.

Hi. I love this app and it recently had an update with new cool filter... I just updated my phone to iOS 14 and since then it doesn’t work.! It will open fine and I can select a photo to use but then when I select a filter it thinks for a sec( like usual) and then says popes something went wrong. All the filters just do that!!!!

I liked it at first. but it is very hard to access my photos.
I don’t know why this app won’t go directly to my photos. I’m going to look for a better app.
