I recently purchased a Fossil Galactus watch for ₹35,000 through the Vingo buy/sell/bid platform.
The package was delivered to me, but the watch was completely missing from the box — I received an empty watch box instead. I immediately contacted Vingo to report the issue and expected a proper resolution.
What is even more concerning is that, instead of promptly resolving the matter, I am now being told that they are “investigating” the issue. Meanwhile, I have paid ₹35,000 and have not received the product I purchased.
For a transaction of this value, this is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Customers should not have to fight to prove that the product they paid for was never delivered.
⚠️ Please exercise extreme caution before purchasing high-value items through Vingo.
Vingo — I expect you to take responsibility, complete your investigation transparently, and provide a proper resolution/refund for the ₹35,000 I paid.
