I’m a Used Car Manager at a single Franchise Ford Dealership. I’ve used the Vin Motion App for several years. Recently Dominion updated the app and failed to notify the dealership of the new hardware requirements to run it rendering the managers current phones & old version useless crippling are ability to do appraisals with no advance notice. This is at best poor customer service and sheer arrogance at worst!

Amazing Tool
This app really does help me help my sales personnel. My biggest thing is I REALLY need to be able to print bookout sheets from it. I’m running all round my dealership and hardly ever in my office. Google Chrome on my iPad won’t let me download it and the app doesn’t have the option. If the creator see this can you push an update? I’d even pay to have the feature.

Way better for Appraisals
The older app was very good for appraisals. This one is way better. Can't wait to get all the inventory functionality in there as well!!!!

Unuseable
Completely unuseable. Cannot get into appraisals or book out vehicles.

@JimboX9 we are so sorry to hear you say this. Version 1.0 had very little feature capabilities. The newest version 1.9 has much more included. If you are willing to discuss your frustrations we would definitely want to hear them! Please send an email to ivmproductteam@drivedominion.com.
