Restore purchase repeatedly fails. Randomly operates on iOS 18. Seriously in need of an update. Subscribed for 12 months and have canceled any further subscription. Really poor performance.

Sound cuts off
Bought a subscription. Sounds cuts off after 2 seconds. Tried reinstalling, different devices, rebooting. I contacted tech support. No reply. Help, please.

I tried using it and when I looked at the video I had, I didn’t hear no audio from it at all…What, the, HECK. Either there is an error going on or it’s intentional, because if it is intentional then that means I wasted my time on this thing. I want answers. I. Demand. Satisfaction.

Worthless app for post-production video. It doesn’t allow you to manage imported video in real time, meaning you can’t import a video and then go through the different effects and decide what you like. And on top of it all, it dumps whatever audio you had on your imported video. This isn’t user-friendly in any way. Skip this one.

I was going to purchase the app for their ‘one time fee’, but they recently switched to a ‘subscription’ service. I don’t mind the one time fee for an app, but a subscription service... not thanks.
