Ordered a mystery package but nothing came, been in a email chain with them and they constantly saying it’s been sorted but nothing has changed, £100 down the drain, CHEERS

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Cheap horrible tat that smelt like pond water. Other item was broken and took 9 months to get a refund because I was ignored constantly. Hope they go under soon (shouldn’t be long looking at the state of their TP reviews) so it saves other people the stress of dealing with them!

Don’t trust this app. I’ve ordered a £100 box and have not received it after a month. Support is terrible and no assistance.
Literally nothing works
Can’t view items, can’t buy items, can’t do anything besides look at the home page. Feels like a pre-alpha that’s been released on accident and forgotten about.
terrible customer service, app not working and no emails
the ordering process was easy but it’s been almost 20 days and i haven’t received any emails about dispatch and now they are not responding to my emails.(this was for a mystery box). and to make things even worse the app now doesn’t open when i am logged in. would not recommend buying a mystery box from this company
