The sound quality of the shows is pretty consistently good and there is a wide selection of shows. The app has good functionality.
Excellent App
I looked it over Free of charge for so long I got hooked on it. I love that there’s no commercial. It’s very easy to use.
Stopped working
I’ve used this app a long time. Today it won’t play any shows. No VPN connection in the way, restarted iPad, deleted app and reinstalled. Nothing. I tried the link for support but got bad gateway. Other apps stream fine. Glad I switched from annual to monthly. I guess I’ll have to cancel.
No Longer Working
The app has been buggy over the past couple of months and there is no way to contact the developer for a resolution (the link in the App Store goes to a dead page) so I hope this review gets someone’s attention. I’ve deleted and resorted multiple times and the app works for a short time then stops working again. Now, the restore isn’t working though I have a subscription until January of 2027.

LOVE THIS APP
The best app ever!! You can never get tired of these old classics I was over in Spain in the late 70s and we got these old-time radio shows at noon and in the evening. It really takes me back.
My Favorite and most used Entertainment App
I have had this App for years and listen to it daily. The interface and selection of shows is great and the tech support is top notch. The quality of the recordings is overall pretty impressive given the technology used to capture these shows when they were originally recorded. There are some shows with noise artifacts but most of the shows are crisp and clear.

Upgraded format
I have enjoyed listening to Vintage Radio at bedtime for more than 6 years. However, it’s no longer simple to navigate. I need instructions and don’t know where to find them.

Great tech support
The app brings back great memories and connects me to entertainment long before I was born. And when I had a technical issue I received prompt support. As an older person with little tech knowledge I so appreciate the fast service that was provided when I experienced difficulties playing the shows.
Fix you app
Just stops playing and have reset the app and that has started to not work and you still want money.

Excellent vintage radio app
Not working anymore
It worked well for one day. It has an excellent collection of episodes but the second day it is non responsive or plays for about 30 seconds and then quits app. Very disappointing.
Just the best
Really love this app. Please start adding more shows especially comedies and I would like to suggest a search field for special occasions like Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween etc etc to search across all genres so they can be listened to.
It’s good but….
So it’s really good but I listen to story’s a lot and this app has comedy adventure drama crime and detective and so many more topics but I like the comedy like baby snooks Archie Andrew’s and so on. In the baby snooks there’s 156 story’s about her BUT ONLY 15 are available so unless you pay for the rest of them you can only listen to the 15/156 and tats like that with all of them but they all don’t have that many some have 12 episodes some have 76 and so on but I wish there was more you can listen to besides just 15/156

Love this app
I’ve used this app going back many years. It’s rock solid in its performance and has a great design layout for easy use. Tech support is great - it’s obvious the developer takes a lot of pride in the app and is always looking to make improvements wherever possible. Highly recommend!

I listen to at least one show a day. The app is great and the functionality does not change much so it’s easy to use. The sound quality of some episodes are a bit rough but that is likely due to how they were originally captured/preserved. Overall a great app with a wide variety of old time radio content.
