waste of time dont download

cant do anything AT ALL without paying for it do not download.

Like the concept

Can’t tell if there is a critical mass of potential matches in my area without paying. Should be able to see evidence of more than one user in my age and location preferences before hitting the paywall screen. I’m not a Spotify user but was able to add artists and tracks to my profile no problem. I would like to edit the initial genres I am linked to. Does picking Tame Impala from a small handful of artists in the onboarding process mean I am forever a huge fan of “Australian psych”? That’s not really a core identity of mine.

Can’t Log In

I was so excited to see a dating app concept like this, but already I can tell there’s issues. I’m trying to log into Spotify with my Facebook, but I never get a code sent to my email. I’ve tried multiple times and waited more than a minute. I didn’t even get to check out the app.

For Rock/Metal/indie fans only, waste of time if you not into these genres.

99% of accounts are into Rock/Metal, not many users in my area. I guess it’s ok for some people that are into that type of music but deleted app after a few hours as there was no one into the same type of music as me.

Really?

Having to pay for the simple action of trying to match is so scummy

FAQ

What is Vinylly Music Lovers Dating?

Vinylly is a dating application designed exclusively for music enthusiasts. It uses your musical preferences to help you find compatible matches, aiming to foster deeper connections beyond superficial interactions.

How does Vinylly match users?

Users can create profiles by either syncing their Spotify account to share listening data or by using a profile generator based on their music tastes entered via email. The app then uses this information to suggest potential matches with similar musical compatibility.

What are the costs associated with Vinylly?

Vinylly offers subscription plans for viewing match queues, with options such as $3.99 every 2 months, $8.99 every 6 months, or $11.99 every year. These subscriptions provide unlimited profile views, profile edits, and chats.

Can I find concerts and dates through the app?

Yes, Vinylly features an improved concert search, suggestions, and ticket purchasing process integrated within the chat. The 'Suggest a Concert' feature encourages users to move from chatting to dating by facilitating concert planning.

Do I need a Spotify Premium account to use all features?

To see your recent Spotify listening history under the 'Playlist' section, a Spotify Premium account is required. However, users can also create a profile and playlists using the Vinylly profile generator without syncing a streaming service.
