I have an extensive vinyl album collection and this app has allowed me to catalog all of my LPs and also calculates an estimated replacement value which I am using to provide to my insurance company for a replacement policy. Thx!

Multiple misses, skip it and check discogs

Wrong releases found, prices weren’t even close to actual sales prices on other sites.
Have lots of rare and oop records and it hasn’t been good with those.
I was hoping this app would read the inside etching on the record to truly determine the release, but it’s just looking at the image which can be the same across multiple pressings.

Scan an item two different times and got 2 different prices. One is 85 and one is 20. Very far off.

Good concept poor execution

I paid 29$ for this app. Tho the idea is convenient it’s not accurate I’ll scan the same item 2 times and the price is different each time. Sometimes I scanned Chicago album but it comes up the Beatles. Even tho it says Chicago in big letters. App needs to improve if not i want my money back.

Deveria ter opção para impressão de relatório com o conteúdo registrado, além de incluir as capas dos discos. Preços meio defasados em relação aos cobrados em muitas lojas, tanto nos sebos, como nas demais. Como exemplo: comprei numa Fnac de Lisboa o disco duplo “Remembering Now - Van Morrison”, paguei €35 e o APP avaliou um valor máximo de US$25.20 !

Worth It

Though I don’t feel it is 100 percent accurate, I do believe it gives you a good idea of the value of. My biggest complaint is that it overvalues some reissues that are very recent.

I really wish I could give a better review

This is the start of a fantastic app. When it works correctly, it’s exactly that. 5 stars, unending loyalty. Sadly, it misses often. I don’t really mind that, the kicker is that you can’t edit some of its mistakes. Especially with bootlegs or represses, the app insists I have a $400 record and no amount of editing the details will change its mind.

There’s two main ways I’d use this app: cataloging my records or checking value before buying. Unless a few things are fixed, it doesn’t do either well.

Cataloging: please add a blank “notes” field. About 1 in 5 records aren’t assessed correctly. I can get the value on discogs, but there’s no way I can put it in here.

Assessment- there are too many mistakes to be relied on. I bought a record I didn’t want the other day, because the app told me it was a $400 record. It wasn’t. And it was a common pressing. This isn’t the end of the world or anything, but if I can’t trust the value it gives, what’s the point? Why am I paying for something that I can’t count on?

Until this gets improved, spend your subscription money on records.

Useless & incorrect

i’d downloaded this app hoping to find out the value of my records as i’m aware i have some rare ones in my collection but didn’t know their worth. Every time i tried scanning them it always came up with completely different albums, even with mainstream albums! It doesn’t recognise zoetropes, or remastered albums even when they look completely different to the original mix. I don’t recommend this at all

Pratique mais…

Super application pour celui qui a beaucoup de disques mais il n’y a toujours pas de mises a jour régulières de la valeur de votre collection et surtout il n’y a pas d’exportation en pdf. On se retrouve avec un XML qui ressemble plus à de la comptabilité qu’à un rapport de collection. J’ai déposé ces deux réclamations il y a des mois mais ils n’ont pas bougé depuis. Ils vont le faire, on y croit.
