This application provides a precise tuner for violins, helping you tune the four strings accurately. It also includes a metronome with various beat modes and subdivisions to aid in practice sessions.
First, select the desired frequency and tuning at the top of the screen. Then, pluck a violin string. The app will visually indicate if the pitch is high or low, guiding you to adjust the string until the pitch is accurate, indicated by a green light.
The metronome offers an intuitive interface with 18 different beat modes, ranging from Grave to Prestissimo. It supports segment beat functions for double, triple, and quad subdivisions, a pendulum display, and timing display to help control practice duration.
The app is free to download and use, offering core tuning and metronome functionalities. Additional features or advanced options may be available through in-app purchases.
The A4 frequency adjustment allows you to set the standard pitch for the A4 string between 428Hz and 452Hz. This feature provides flexibility for users who may need to tune to specific concert pitches or preferences.
