Remember me doesn’t work
Please fix so I don’t have to add my username and password every time

I wouldn’t recommend this membership to anyone, you can get cheaper prices booking directly through courses at certain times. VIP will make it seem as if you are getting a deal when they show “regular rack rate” and the “VIP rate”. Showing this false information on their platform and questioning them about it their response was “we don’t base our prices off the deals courses give”. It’s crazy you pay $500 for the membership and you don’t get a better price than a random walk on. Another instance just happened where I went to book my rate through VIP on a Saturday at 11:27am, on VIP there were only times before 8am and after 2pm… the booking receptionist at VIP when questioned said “it’s like a gym membership that has certain classes you can book, the gym might be closed during those times..” The comparison from golf to a gym class is laughable. They should have all this information posted before signing up for VIP with the exact explanation the receptionist gave me. I’m sure a lot of people would never sign up for VIP after what the receptionist mentioned to me.

2 years and still the same junk app
Signing in every time to a program you are paying 500$ a year for is diabolical. I hope for the new year they can finally update the app and make the “ remember me” actually work.
Dissatisfied
Will not save login information. Not user friendly at all. Essentially have to book golf twice now and can only use credit card as form of payment. Not happy with this..
“Remember me” never works
You have to manually put in your username and password every time you open the app. There is a “remember me” feature however it has never worked once for me.
