Good game
Keeps glitching every now and then. Also, I kept getting bad hands and lost all my money, so im just gonna delete this app now.
This game is pure crap
The administrators of this game are a joke! They cause connection problems at the most critical time of a hand. They do not answer any email request for help and if you complain will monitor your games and cause you to lose either by interfering with wifi connection or giving one of their moles a ridiculous hand(4 of a kind) in one day they "stole" $1.5 M from me. Avoid these losers.

Winning Hands
Statistically far too many high hands. Normally a full house, flush, straight or three-of-a-kind are rare. In this version of poker, Amy ONE of these hands occurs more often than one or two pair. A better site would offer computer selected random deals. Seems "skewed" to allow players who actually buy chips to win

Easy to use, stable, options for number of players at a table, large selection of antes/blinds, choice of speed of play.
Disappear Act
I have had this app for 4 years and every so often my chip stack will disappear! I would contact them and then they would be replaced; then I wouldn't play for a long period of time and they would disappear again! I am angry because I purchased the bulk of my chip stack!!! This has happen to much; I would like a refund and delete the app for good!!!!

HORRIBLE - network problem autofolds
Unfortunately, I spent real money on this game before playing much. It loses connection every 2 minutes or so. It's 100% NOT my connection, as I play all sorts of other games and such with zero issues. It's either their app or their servers. The disconnects cause you to automatically fold. It's so bad, I may just leave my game cash unused and move on to something enjoyable that doesn't make me want to strangle the app programmers. THIS APP IS CRIMINALLY HORRIBLE AND ONLY A FOOL WOULD SPEND ONE CENT ON IT

Faulty lost chips for no reason
Worst game I have downloaded you go in a room with some money you leave and it's all gone its trash.
Lost Money
Lost over $400,000 in chips when I updated my I pad to I Cloud 7! Customer service has not restored my previous balance after numerous requests and email. FRUSTRATED!!!!!!
Losses connection
Constantly "attempting to reconnect" even when Internet signal strong. Other than that it would be good but when you lose a hand or can't bet on a winning hand it causes much frustration.
Rigged to buy chips
Once you buy chips your win ratio is reduced greatly with big hands that rarely lose losing way to often. It's a shame since its a nice platform but does not play even close to real poker don't buy! Any CHIPES!
USED to like this game...
The attempting to reconnect thing was always annoying, but didn't happen as nearly as it has been lately...today, it literally tossed $22 million of my chips, chips it took me months to build...I am officially DONE with this crappy app...
Poker Buddies
I love this app! However, it would be awesome if there was an option to have poker buddies so you can join them at the poker tables without searching for them.

I felt liked was dumped in with no instructions. The help and support links were like 3-question FAQs.
When I was down from my original buy-in, in a room, I had no idea if I could click something to get back up to my original buy-in. I clicked to chat "using keyboard," and no keyboard appeared. (I'm on an iPad 1.)
I could probably deal with the lack of help, if I could at least ask other players at a table how to do something, but no dice there.
The actual game, and the betting, etc., all seemed to work smoothly.

Better play
Really enjoyable play. Wide range of opponent skill levels, and you can more or less pick your level of play. Free chips make stupid moves a little less painful. Makes me want to learn to be a better player. I actually picked up a book --- and am reading it!! Once in a while there are little glitches, but it appears to affect everyone equally.
