I have started to use this app, it worked perfect without a glitch , never disconnected on the wifi connection, haven't tried on cellular yet, the only thing is that, at home, on my laptop, when i set the extension number to the program we use as a company, whenever we receive a call, it should really show the caller id on the software we use on our computer system. But it doesn’t. What would be the reason and is there a way to do this?

Horrible app - keeps redialling
I disconnect and suddenly the app dials again and wont stop doing this until force kill it. Poor testing done on this.
