BEWARE:Peilian Scams Its Teachers
I have used Peilian for three years. No problems
Recently, I have had to cancel all my 150 classes with no refund. Why?
There has recently been some news on WeChat and other Chinese sites saying it has NOT BEEN PAYING ITS TEACHERS. IT is not a super popular app and this is very new news. OFFICIALLY TODAY MY LOVELY PEILIAN TEACHER TOLD ME THAT SHE AND THE OTHER TEACHERS HAVE NOT BEEN PAID.
THE TEACHERS PAYCHECKS HAVE BEEN LATE FOR MORE THAN TWO MONTHS AND STIlLL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID. NOT ONE PAYCHECK HAS BEEN SENT TO THEM.
Remember that Lang Lang has nothing to do with scamming others. He has only donated to this app without knowing it scams the teachers. Don’t send hate to him, please.
These teachers don’t deserve anything like this. Just know that if you are taking part in scamming these teachers that you should be ashamed of yourself.

Hire better teachers!
These teachers have been faking with my son, when my son plays the wrong notes the teachers just pass it like he played everything perfectly. We’ve been on this app for so long and my son has quit piano because of this!

我约了课，因为交通原因，回家晚了点，就想晚点就晚点吧，能上多长就多长，自己迟到，时间没了就没了，VIP倒好，连课都帮你消除，还扣课时，我们可是一路赶回来。这段时间我是给足钱，就算只有十来二十分钟，也是可以上课的呀

Ok, we were late, but we paid for the whole lesson. Why cancelled when there were half lesson left. Mostly important, VIP charged the whole lesson. Why can’t the teacher just wait for us！we paid for the whole lesson not half！

Pretty good piano lessons. Even though I might rage I reccomend this
So many bugs - you will lose hours contacting their support team
Application basically useless for all administrative work. Phone number issues, music sheet picture storage issues.
Each time we call the hotline because this app full of bugs prevents us to change class, cancel, reschedule etc, the hotline support considers we are dumb and don’t know how to use the app. We have to reexplain to them over and over their bugs. Nothing changes. Take remote classes from another provider.

READ THIS IF U WANT TO DOWNLOAD
Just so everyone knows if u are uploading a song then you should upload earlier because if u upload when there is only 5 minutes left before class you cannot upload for the current class ( unless you upload when you are already in the classroom). I like it this app because it tells you when there is 30 minutes left until class. That helps for time changes like daylight savings the time of class may change. For me it helps me know when class might start soon (there is also a 5 minute notification).

Every time when I want to upload something in the last 5 minutes it wouldn’t let me, and the internet is really bad. But the app is pretty good.
