Great idea but poor results sadly
I got a 4 camera CCTV system installed at my business premises and was informed by the security company that I could watch the feeds in real time etc with this app. I have a reasonable internet connection at the premises and on the PC etc the feed is great however whenever I am out and about and check on the cameras, the footage using this app is poor at best. Motion, when it happens, appears as a big smear of the footage and I cannot zoom in without the app displaying a black screen. Whenever I open the app I’m lucky if 3 out of the 4 cameras is displayed on screen with the others just showing black too. The motion-activated app notifications is a fantastic feature but useless because when I open the app to see what caused the notification, the footage doesn’t refresh and just ‘smears’ (or just shows as black again!)
If these issues could be fixed I would love this app!
