App keeps crashing
No help page, app keeps crashing. No idea how to get a refund. Disappointed for the lack of any support.

This app doesn’t work on iOS. It hasn’t for a few months (end of April). When it was working it was fantastic! I’ve emailed support and not received any feedback but dealt with Aaron and has been a great help but still no answers as to when the app will be back up and running on iOS
Best information and app around
This app is by far the best i’ve seen and the information and service that viper has provide are second to none .
I always recommend them to all my gas engineering friends , Arron who i deal with is particularly great at customer service and has helped me out on numerous occasions .

Poor
Purchased the subscription and downloaded the app. Tried logging in but it just crashes. Have tried contacting the company but no response. I'd avoid the wasted time an energy and just buy the books.
Doesn’t load
The app hasn’t worked for months. It crashes on start up using multiple different iOS devices. Wasted months off my subscription waiting for an update!

Game changer
This app has everything and can be used offline. There’s no more need to the flicking through multiple books to find the answer with a quick search you can get what information you need in 5 minutes. We all know time = money.
Impressive
ViperGas is a really useful app to have out in the field when carrying out gas works! It makes life so much easier being able to have all the regs and documents we need, accessible at all times on your phone or other devices - all kept up to date as regs change etc! The search function is really useful as often we know what we’re looking for but don’t always know the correct things to search or categories to use so being able to just type a keyword or phrase is brilliant! Highly recommend!

Such a great app, so much knowledge packed in one simple easy to use app! Even if you think you know the book inside out, always great to have at the touch of button to double check, solve and get on with the job! Worth every penny

Excellent App for the gas engineer, well developed for quick referencing at those times you need a little guidance on current industry regulations. Would highly recommend Viper Gas.

We finally have an app to go to for up to date information. This will be a great resource for anybody currently training to become a gas engineer and also for anybody who is already qualified. There is always a time when you need to find out information on a situation that you may encounter while out on the tools, and this is the quick easy option. No more outdated books in poor condition living in the glove box of the van. Great app!

Customer service excellent
The books are essential in achieving your gas qual as well as handy references for those already qualified. More importantly though I had an issue with IOS 17 and contacted them. Within couple of hours had an email explaining situation and would be informed when update available. Same day late evening I get an email letting me know the app has been updated and can be reinstalled.

Super useful app!
Every now and then you need to double check something the app contains it all and the search option makes this so simple to find what you need! Love the app and layout! Easier to use than a book 🙌🏼

Best Gas Resource
Finally a gas publication that’s made it to the 21st century. So amazing to have a resource book that’s searchable, interactive with clear quality pictures that can save pages as bookmarks too. Now I’ve always got my books with me. Nice one Viper
Best app for gas books
This is by far one of the best app that provide up to date gas books at the touch of a finger. Putting it on to the app has definitely made my life easier. High recommend this app 10/10 👍
