I just moved into my new home and I don’t have to guess on what to do. The vipHome.app has led the way for everything I need to do! Best new homeowner’s app around around!!!
Internal Server Error
I wasn’t able to use the app. Signup screen returned Internal Server Error. My login worked though but the first page (“Add up to 3 properties…” also has an Internal Server Error and no way to proceee.
App doesn’t work and I can’t reach anyone after an hour of trying
It’s bad enough I couldn’t see how the app worked without signing up for a subscription service but once I signed up it simply didn’t work. It asked a couple of questions and then kept taking me back to the start screen and when I retyped the house info it says “exceeded the max number of houses” and no it won’t do anything. No number to call. I deleted and added the app again I tried on a different Apple device and no luck. No ability to reach a help desk so this review is the only way I can reach someone. Very frustrated.

This app has a great user interface and ease of use. Features help homeowners keep organized with reminders/alerts/etc, definitely recommending to all!

I think the VIP Home Link app will help my business tremendously. I prefer to provide my clients closing gifts of value and the VIP Home Link app is the perfect gift for new homeowners... not to mention your branding keeps you front and center with your past clients. Unbelievably helpful!
There’s so much to do around the home that it’s hard to keep track of it all. This app sends me reminders, so I remember it all! Plus, I’ve learned so much about taking care of my home. I didn’t know that my home has a place to shut-off the water, and when my water heater started to leak, I found out why and called a professional to fix it! Now if only it would cut my lawn for me.

Awesome Concept
I’ll keep this short, I own a two family home and never do any maintenance until the you know what hits the fan, meaning there is some sort of issue. I never really realized just how much maintenance and management went into a home, let alone a two family. I thinks it’s awesome I have a platform to help/remind me what I need to get done, and a user friendly one at that, nicely done! Would definitely recommend for any homeowner!

Once you put in the time, which does not take long, you will get a lot out of this app. The tips are useful and the reminders are the musts to keep your property in top working condition. Simple to use. Smooth working, with no apparent glitches. Format is very easy to work with.
Worst App! Scam!
Hi, I want to share with you my experience with viphomelink. I signed up for it but I cannot unsubscribe. I clicked every button in the App to find the "subscription" option but couldn't find it. I went to the "customer help forum" and the way they told me how to unsubscribe does not work. I emailed them multiple times to unsubscribe, but they never replied. I cannot find a phone number on their website. I believe they are doing this intentionally and they succeeded. By the way, the app has the worst interface of the century

This app is great, and a MUST for all homeowners and renters. As your most expensive asset, this app makes taking care of your home much more efficient. Easy to sign up and with an intuitive interface, VipHomeLink works with ease. Love the reminders regarding what your home needs at all stages. The customer service is great, too, and they are super responsive. I recommend 110%!!!!

Love this app! Helps me keep track of projects around the house, and makes keeping up with the annual and bi-annual maintenance. The tips and guides have saved me on more than one occasion. As someone who is not very tech savvy, this really is easy to use.
