The worst APP EVER!

They never have your purchased ticket available! You have to constantly reach out to the promoter and go through the ring around to get your ticket. Who wants to do that every time?! The worse site ever and so behind with the its technology. I really hate this APP

I purchased two tickets for the OLD School Festival, but no tickets have been placed in the app!
