Fraud application!
Fraud application! They don’t reimburse your money even when you complete all the required steps on time. I submitted my review on 8 June, and it was supposed to be reviewed by 19 June as per their own timeline. Instead, I had to keep chasing them until 3 July. Now they are refusing to reimburse my amount, blaming a “technical issue” caused by their own delay. Their representative, Jatin Singh, claimed my review had already been rejected within the timeline, but I have screenshots proving otherwise. This is completely unfair and misleading. I have escalated the matter to the Consumer Commission and submitted all the evidence.

No proper communication
There is no way to connect to the team , I am using it for a very first time but getting no support , No added for support is also not valid . No proper instruction given once you order and update review you stop getting communication for the same - No direct POC to connect and highlight the challenge I downloaded it start using it from 1 week I am not sure on authenticity but yes if no way to connect to support team and no one is responding - it will be hard for anyone to use .

Scam and unprofessional behaviour
They took my hard earned money for just 1 mistake in 1 campaign. I’m saying you can refund my rest of the payments but they aren’t doing that. I wrote to them multiple times. Be aware and not use this app. They don’t have manners to talk. They will talk nicely if they need you to purchase the product. If you ask about money in the social media platform they will block your account.

Payment delayed
Initially the app use to work fine but now it has became the worst app and such a scam as they offer you collabs but once the task is completed they disappear at the time of payment. And they give ridiculous reasons that the Poc has left the job, the payment timeline is not met yet and what not. Even after thousands of mails reminders msg no reply. And even the pocs are so rude and misbehaving. They won’t even compensate even if it’s their fault. Ab to haal ye hogya hai k Poc ko pta hi nai hai k campaign me krna kya hai ?

Worst Experience with Viral Pitch
Recently, we completed a campaign with Viral Pitch, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst collaboration experiences.
The agreed payment timeline was within the month, but it has now been 2–3 months, and the payment is still delayed. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response or professional communication.
On top of that, influencers were treated with complete disrespect. There was no proper manner of communication, and the hard work put in by influencers to deliver quality results for the brand was completely overlooked.
After delaying the payment for over two months, they are now asking for additional documentation that was never mentioned earlier. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
Such behavior not only ruins trust but also damages relationships between brands and creators.
We strongly do not recommend working with Viral Pitch based on this experience.

This app too crazy when there work done they will suspended your and you write a mail for unsuspende there’s no reply from brand and one time there team members call and ask for suspended you sey no and they will suspended your account and your payment was not prossed this is wrost app and my payment in this August 2025 they will not proses and when o will contact they was no reply

I would request all the creators to kindly do not fall for this particular agency, better go ahead with some other trustable ones. My payment has been stuck from such a long time. They are very smart people. Once you post the campaign video, they will disappear once your payment timeline comes near. When you comment on their Instagram profile regarding the issue, they will delete the comments when you go ahead. DM. They will not reply to your DMS and the POC will also go you. This will lead to only frustrating and giving you tension rather than this stressful process and agency, take your time get terribly in touch with the brands or try going ahead with other agencies because this is fraud one.
Please take care. They only know how to exploit the creators. Better. Do not fall for the scam or join the group or telegram group and let’s together sue them.

Worst app
They have such a bad helpline system firstly that your call will never get connected number is fake or what. They’ll call you when they need you to apply for big campaigns . They rejected my campaign after 2 months without any relevant reason everything was uploaded on time such a costly product I had ordered. Fake and fraudsters worst appp never use this.

Wrost Wrost app and platform, be aware and don’t ever work with them
Hi, this is for all the creator and influcencers if you ever come across with this plate form or app. Please run and never look back. I have worked with many agencies but this is the Wrost experience I ever have. They won’t respond to you. Even after creating content on time they will never pay you on time. Also there is no proper customer support. Their Poc are dumb and if someone had left the job in between then trust me you are stuck there. No body will help and no one will respond to your emails. I don’t know how they are still operating. I have seen a lot of negative reviews here and realise that I’m not the only one who got scamm by them. I’m highly disappointed and frustrated right now. All are just some bunch of idiot who are working there. Hell experience.

Pathetic support
Day by day they all want people to apply and if the amount is stuck due to there mistakes they don’t even bothered to reply to mails even after 20-30 mails i have done but they are not even replying and there POC simply said due to glitch the campaign was live cancel the order. How can someone cancel a delivered order?? I asked the same they are not bothered to help my 5000 rupees is stuck now due to there glitch i hope loreal see this comment and i will to try the team of loreal for this and provide all the proofs and screenshots to them

They offer you reimbursement on their campaigns and once you buy the product they forget that you were ever a part of it and reimburse your money. There is no answering of calls, their numbers are blocked, no response to emails, there is no way you can ever reach out to them. Its total trap and you are stuck like forever.

Disappointing Experience with Campaign Rejections
The concept of the Viral Pitch app is great, but the experience has been disappointing. Most of my product review campaigns keep getting rejected without any clear reason or proper explanation. It’s frustrating for genuine creators trying to collaborate and grow. The approval process needs more transparency and support. Hope the team works on improving the review system and communication with users. Right now, it feels unfair and discouraging.

Very Bad experience
Initially it was a good app, but now a days they don’t pay, they will ask you to buy things by your own money, ask for review and once you submit the live review link and screenshot also they will take forever to approve the content, even after repeated mails they will not even bother to reply back to your mails, so you ended up losing your money , they have provided a fake number on the app, so that no one can call them. very bad and unprofessional

Poor customer care
Initially the app was working fine. I had almost no major issues with it. But later on the payments of my campaigns started taking longer then usual time. Infact payment of one of my campaign remained stuck in withdrawals window for more then 15 days n then it appeared to be “reversed”. It is now reflecting nowhere. Neither on my app account nor my bank account. I have been trying so much to reach the customer care but there is absolutely no response!!…i have sent more than 20 mails but there is no response.

Extremely fast payout
Hey, i did a campaign and got the payout in 48 hours. That too without any followup or calls. This was amazing as with other platforms or apps, they take a lot of time. Vp truly stands different on this particular aspect. Great work guys. Looking forward for more
Best app for influencers
I’ve been using it for almost a year now, and this is one of the best apps for influencers.!!! it is so hassle free, no need to run behind them for refunds. Everything is done seamlessly..! There is actually little to no effort from your end.. all you have to do is order, upload screenshots. Write a genuine review and that’s about it. I would definitely recommend this app for micro influencers, who would like to step into the world of collaborations and stuff.!
