We think it's better for users to experience the full app rather than a limited free version, that's why we offer a 3-day trial with full access instead. We send a reminder on day 2 so you can cancel if it hasn't met your expectations. We're also working on a longer onboarding so you get a real grasp of everything the app can do before committing. Actually, our hashtags are pulled from real video data, not generic suggestions. About the slowness, we improved this in our latest update by adding notifications, so you can leave the app and get notified when your results are ready. We recommend giving it another try and letting us know.

We set the trial up exactly the way Apple requires, free for 3 days, charged only after. What you're describing usually means a trial had already been used on that Apple ID before, so Apple skips the free period and bills right away. Sorry you had that experience. In our previous version, if you ran a bigger search and left the app before it finished, your results could be lost. That's why in our latest update we added notifications, so you can leave the app and we'll let you know the moment your results are ready.

Thanks for the feedback! Since you wrote this we added a chat feature, so now you can just ask something like "what hashtags are trending for [your niche]" and it'll pull real videos and give you a solid answer. Worth another look!
