I don’t know how people can say this is a good site
I had this for over 2 years and its by far the worst for payouts on slots.and the worst odds on sports. People sign up for site t get free bets spins etc ok I agree. But this site is all take. And after spending over 1 hour asking customers service why the slots were crashing I was told it must be my device or internet but the next day I was given £5 I speak over£100 on slot as a good will gesture as the site was disrupted what a joke and the customer service people are scum the site is absolute rubbish

Very disappointed.
Genuinely can’t believe I’m writing this because this app used to be great but over the last few months it’s gone downhill. Over 1300 spins played today alone and only seen 5 bonuses totalling not even £20. Settling bets seems to take hours pretty much every time and cash out is slow to load and the amount always seems to be very low (much lower than other apps for the same Bet) overall pretty disappointing what they’ve done with this app recently especially as I’ve had an account for years and deposit a decent amount per month. Think this will be the last time I use virgin bet. Updated: put another £50 on and still struggled for a scatter and when it finally gave one I got less than £4 back. Definitely won’t be using again and would NOT recommend to anyone.

Placed a bet which was accepted, only minutes later my funds returned to account and no sign of the bet at all. Customer services simply said there must have been a technical issue as they can’t see the bet. Also my withdrawal is still pending from 8 hours ago. Pretty disappointing now compared to how it used to be
Been using virgin bet for years now it used to be very good for slots however recently things have changed. Seems almost improbable to win literally anything. For example I’ve just sat there for 2 hours playing big bass over 500 spins and literally 3 bonuses that were combined less than £10. Over 2k down on this app and it seems to just be getting worse. Don’t think I’ll be depositing again definitely not for a very long time.

Stay away from there slots
A generally good site tbf but don’t play there slots as you never ever make a profit, I get a email now and then saying wager so and so on a slot and get 30 or 50 free spins , what ever you wager is always lost and then the free spins are just dead spins if you play slots you know when a game is dead spinning you can feel it, they gave me 30 free spins at 30p a spin the first time I won like £1.70p the latest offer today I got 50 free spins at 30p a spin I won £1.94 so 80 spins at 30p is £24 I got £3.74p . So evidently it’s rigged you never make a profit.
