The App opens once only then fails. There’s obviously a new update required to fix with the latest IOS.

Mekke’ye umre için gelmiştim 38 gün kaldığım için uygulama üzerinden paket yenilemek istiyordum suud numarasını (aldığım numara) uygulama kabul etmiyor çekim ve hız iyi ama uygulama rezalet

Frustrating
For the past week, the app has not been letting me renew my plan. I tried reinstalling and still no use. It is up to day, yet every time I click on “choose plan” it doesn’t do anything it just freezes. I have been suffering without data just because of this laggy app. I hope you could fix this issue as soon as possible.

للاسف فعلا خدمات غير مرضيه في فيرجن وتطبيق لايعمل بصوره جيده ولم اجد مهنيه في التعامل ..
Worst app ever
It never worked for me. Always giving some sort of errors at one step or another.
Horrible and Confusing App
This app is super confusing and you can’t even get stuff done! It’s very hard to navigate and most of the times, data packages subscription don’t even work! Comparing to other mobile services apps such as STC, Mobily etc. Virgin has to be the worst. They don’t even have any offices in Riyadh for customer service.
