Thank you for giving me the opportunity to know when the Hokies are playing every sport and where to watch when possible. I love watching basketball and football, but I grew up playing volleyball, soccer, tennis, dive, and track and field, and this app has made it possible and easy to follow the Hokies in those sports as well. Thank you for platforming women’s sports. This Hokie loves women’s sports!

Videos won’t open.
Half the time the videos will not open on iPhone.
Unnecessary but forced
This app is annoying to use, and doubly so because it’s the only way to get mobile tickets into Apple Wallet. Everywhere else that I’ve bought tickets lets me import them from a link in an email, but VT insists that you install yet another app.

Can’t sell to seat geek
App is horrible and doesn’t have good UI
Not Reliable
I have a IPhone 14 Pro. This app just won’t open about 80% of the time. I’ve done ALL the due diligence; reloaded the app, rebooted the phone and on & on. I end up going straight to HokieSports.com . Really???
APP is an embarrassment!
When you try and listen to the live feed, you get about 2, maybe 3 minutes. The silence. It starts over, 2 to 3 minutes, start over. I find it utterly embarrassing that my alma matter with a world class engineering school cannot do better.
Poor live audio feed
I like to keep up with Hokie sports listening to the radio broadcast, but the audio feed is poor and reloading the app is needed regularly. Frustrating.
This app is an embarrassment.
We have got to be the only college football division one program with such a poor app the audio constantly get stuck in a endless loop, it’s pathetic. Even on a brand new iPhone 16 this piece of garbage is riddled with flaws. No wonder our football program is going down the toilet when we can’t even get simple stuff like this right. 🙄

I’m a super fan, so this is perfect
Spent almost 40 minutes
I just spent the last 40 minutes trying to get to my ticket for a VT football game, which I purchased months ago. They act like it’s so easy to use this app but the manage my tickets screen inexplicably crashed over and over and I had almost given up and just assumed that the almost $700 I spent would go to waste. I’m not sure why they gatekeep tickets like this, they should just email them or something. There is absolutely no reason why they would need to load them into this app that apparently runs on the power generated by a gerbil on a wheel.
