My game reset on its own.
I went to check on my game & it told me l needed to adopt someone new, I was confused so l got off of the game & got back on & saw that my house was empty. All of the furniture & repairs gone. I paid for coins in the store to be able to have the house in order so quickly so I'm very upset that everything randomly reset. I actually cried for about 30 mins. I checked the app & there’s no customer service whatsoever or way to request a refund for everything I bought from the store. I have no desire to start over & will not be doing so. I've been playing since middle school but l'll delete all three apps if the games requires me to start from scratch even though I paid to advance. I don’t even know what to do.. I found an email online for customer service but it doesn’t work. There’s no contact info in the app, nothing. I’m extremely sad & disappointed.

Playing since it came out!!!
I started playing this game on my school bus in grade school… I’m 27 years old today. The game came out December 6th 2012, I was 13 turning 14!
I LOVE THE MUSIC THE CALMNESS AND NOSTALGIA!!
It brings me back to simpler times, a quiet place and a fun little simulator that has quite literally kept ALL of my progress across all of my devices because it’s linked to my apple account!
PLEASE NEVER GET RID OF THIS GAME! One thing I will say… I have NOT completed the entire collectables section!!! I feel like this is impossible as I have been playing for 13 years… and nothing! Hopefully there’s a way you guys can make that easier? Maybe more things showing up in the lawn? <3

Fun to play but too many ads not like it use to be
Pointless adverts
The adverts ruin the game. You try to put the shopping on the counter, it goes straight to an ad. Any knock on the door and you select yes, it goes straight to an ad. You try to place items from the decorate tab, it goes straight to an ad. It used to be good.
My story about this app
I have played this game all through my life, my sisters first showed me this game when I was four, I’m 12.5 now and I still play this game, I love it so much!!! Though there is one thing, there’s to many adds, and everything is SO expensive on it. Though I do like how it is Wi-Fi free so you can play it in the car on a road trip! I love this game so much but I do wish it could be better.
