good game, 1 problem
i have been playing this game on and off for ehhhhh…. since i was like 10 yrs old. i am now 22 yrs old and i still rlly like this game. only problem is there is no diversity, and i wish there was. it’s just a little eerie that there’s no one that looks like me☹️
Great game but one problem
I have played this game on and off since i was like 7 years old and i love it. I am now 17 years old and i always end up playing it again. However, I do not like how there is no diversity, only white people.

My game reset on its own.
I went to check on my game & it told me l needed to adopt someone new, I was confused so l got off of the game & got back on & saw that my house was empty. All of the furniture & repairs gone. I paid for coins in the store to be able to have the house in order so quickly so I'm very upset that everything randomly reset. I actually cried for about 30 mins. I checked the app & there’s no customer service whatsoever or way to request a refund for everything I bought from the store. I have no desire to start over & will not be doing so. I've been playing since middle school but l'll delete all three apps if the games requires me to start from scratch even though I paid to advance. I don’t even know what to do.. I found an email online for customer service but it doesn’t work. There’s no contact info in the app, nothing. I’m extremely sad & disappointed.
